The Haitian Diaspora Trust Fund (HDTF) will be a global, Haitian-led fund dedicated to empowering our people, investing in sustainable development, and making a lasting impact on Haiti.

Why We Need £8,000

Before we can start funding real change, we must legally establish HDTF as a UK charity. This means covering key legal and administrative costs. Every pound raised will go directly towards:

£3,000 – £4,000

Preparing the governing document (Articles of Association or Constitution)

£1,275 – £1,700

Incorporating as a Charitable Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG) at Companies House

£3,500 – £4,500

Preparing and submitting the charity registration application to the UK Charity Commission

Total: £8,000+

To make HDTF official and operational.
